Shipping policy

Juixoayou currently delivers to customers in the United States. Shipping charges are shown in U.S. dollars. The delivery times below are estimated carrier transit times after dispatch.

Processing before dispatch

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. This period covers order preparation and comes before the carrier transit time. Business-day timing excludes weekends and applicable public holidays.

Delivery options

 

Including order processing, the estimated total is 8-17 business days for standard delivery and 6-10 business days for expedited delivery. Expedited delivery changes the transit estimate after dispatch; it does not remove the 1-2 business day processing period.

These are delivery estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates. Carrier delays, weather, public holidays, address issues, or other events affecting transit may change the arrival time. Contact us with your order number if the estimated delivery window has passed.

Tracking and delivery support

Tracking information is provided after dispatch and sent to the email address used at checkout. The carrier may need time to publish the first scan after receiving the parcel.

If tracking stops updating, a parcel is overdue, or a parcel marked delivered cannot be located, email info@juxiaoyou.com. We will review the shipment information and assist with the delivery inquiry.

Address changes

Check your address before placing the order. If you need to correct an address or request a cancellation, contact us promptly. We will check the order status and whether the change is still possible. Once dispatched, carrier restrictions may prevent an update.
