Terms of service

These Terms of Service apply to the use of juxiaoyou.com and purchases from Juixoayou. Read them together with the Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy.

Orders and payment

By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally able to make the purchase or have appropriate permission where required. Provide accurate contact, delivery, and payment details. Payment methods available for the order are shown at checkout.

Prices and shipping charges are in U.S. dollars. Standard shipping is free, and expedited shipping costs $15. Applicable taxes and the final order total are displayed before payment is submitted.

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of the order request. Fulfillment depends on payment confirmation and availability. If an item is unavailable or a material listing error affects the order, we will contact you about the available options. If we cancel a paid order, the canceled amount is refunded to the original payment method.

Product information and safe use

Review each listing for its description, included contents, specifications, and any age guidance or warnings shown for the item. Display settings can affect colors. Follow the instructions supplied with a product and use it in an age-appropriate way.

Processing and delivery

Orders normally take 1-2 business days to process after payment confirmation. After dispatch, standard transit is estimated at 7-15 business days and expedited transit at 5-8 business days. Tracking is provided after dispatch. The Shipping Policy explains delivery estimates and assistance for overdue parcels.

For a cancellation or address correction, contact us as soon as possible. We will check the order status and whether the requested change can still be made. After dispatch, the return process may be required.

Returns and refunds

Returns and exchanges may be requested within 30 calendar days after receipt. Juixoayou pays return postage for ordinary returns and for damage, defect, or incorrect-item returns, and charges no return or refund handling fee. Any exchange delivery arrangement or price difference will be explained before completion.

Refunds are made to the original payment method and reach your account within 10 calendar days after we receive the returned item, including checking and processing. Follow the Return and Refund Policy for the request procedure and the 7-day report period for damaged or incorrect deliveries.

Website use and legal rights

Use the website and checkout lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with website security or operation, submit fraudulent transactions, or misuse another person's account. Respect intellectual property rights in website and product content. A purchase does not grant permission to reproduce or commercially reuse protected content.

Website access may be interrupted by maintenance or technical problems. These terms do not exclude consumer protections, liability, or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Changes to these terms will be published without retrospectively removing rights attached to existing purchases.
